A word about me

Hi. My name is Sarah, I am a hydrotherapist and wellness practitioner, and I hold a diploma recognized by the State.
Passionate about everything that helps others, I have always been particularly interested in massages: the fact of being able to ease tensions in the body, and in the mind, through technical and non-invasive gestures enchanted me.
After having kept this « aside » for a long time only to help my loved ones, I finally decided to make my dream come true: to become a masseuse and thus be able to offer my skills to more people.

About my career

Thanks to my training (carried out in Gréoux-les-Bains and being a professional certification registered with the RNCP) I was able to deepen my knowledge, improve my practice, and fully discover this captivating profession. I had the opportunity to work in a spa where I discovered « wraps »: treatments that combine well-being and « cure » for the skin in a natural way, and which I immediately liked! A real revelation!
After working for a while with a team in the vicinity of my village (castle, lodges, home …), I felt the desire to have my own « haven of peace » in a quiet place, accessible to all. Life then offered me the wonderful opportunity to create it : my institute.

My philosophy and my commitment

I engage myself to use only professional quality products and to have impeccable hygiene.
Taking time for each of my clients and looking after them in a personalized way is essential for me. This is why during our first meeting, we discuss a health questionnaire in order to take into account your general condition, your questions and expectations, and to best adapt the session for YOU.

The session (or sessions) then take place in a zen and cocooning atmosphere, with or without soft music in the background, under soothing lighting, and with pleasant diffused heat provided by the heating mattress of the massage table. Everything is encompassed by the scent of essential oils and candles.
At the end of the session, you will have time to come back to the present moment. We can chat over hot or iced tea (or infusion), depending on your preferences or the weather.
