The main objective is to improve the circulation of energy , thus promoting relaxation, refocusing the subtle bodies, helping to identify and dissolve blockages, harmonizing the chakras , recharging you with "good" energy, etc. in order to reach a vibrational level high enough to activate your own self-healing process .
During this session, several energy techniques will be used according to your current needs. You will be harmonized, balanced , with a boost of energy, mental clarity regained, relief from pain , and a reconnection to your “Self” can be reestablished.
There may be "messages" during the session, information that can be received, so a point is made at the end of the session in order to discuss together the feelings that there have been on either side.
